Liffey Swimmer

This mini painting is a celebration of the Liffey swimmers! My sister, along with other brave people, did the Liffey swim in Dublin. It is a 2.2 km race, starting in the river near the Guinness brewery gates and finishing at the Custom House. It's usually in August and the river is given a good flush of fresh water beforehand to avoid any nasties ;). My family is so proud of her.
